Hi, I’m Vanessa Gregg, a licensed real estate agent in Virginia, and Virginia Native. My passion for real estate began early, fueled by a love of interior design and a deep appreciation for homes. After years of managing my father’s rental property, I decided to take the leap and earn my real estate license.

One aspect of real estate I truly enjoy is prepping homes for sale. I love advising clients on how to make their properties stand out and sell for the highest possible profit — whether it’s suggesting small updates or larger renovations. I also take great pride in my negotiation skills, working tirelessly to secure the best possible deal for my clients. Whether they are buying or selling, I’m dedicated to getting them the best outcome. I take pride in helping clients find more than just a house; I want to help them find a place where they can build their lives and make lasting memories.

Outside of real estate, I’m a big fan of DIY projects. I love taking on challenges and building things with my husband. We enjoy working together on projects that improve our home, and I find great satisfaction in taking something old or ordinary and making it new. I also cherish spending time with my husband, son, and daughter on our homestead.
