About Richard Tymchyk

As a dedicated top agent with Pearson Smith Realty, I serve clients across DC, Maryland, and Virginia with a steady, team-oriented approach. I’m originally from Canada, and now a dual citizen with the Unites States, since 2022. Backed by more than 20 years living in the region, I combine local insight with clear communication, making each step of the process feel manageable. Whether helping first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, or clients relocating, I focus on responsive service and smooth transactions. With my background as a former professional hockey player in Europe, it’s taught me discipline and teamwork qualities that I bring into every client relationship. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy family ski trips and time at the beach, bringing that same energy and balance back to the people I serve. I look forward to helping guide you through every step, in the biggest financial decision for your family.
