Working with Renee to find my first home was a great experience. She was always very responsive which was great because I had a ton of questions. She gave honest feedback about every property we toured and gave great suggestions regarding them as well. We give our highest recommendation to use Renee Mercier if you want to buy a home in the Washington, DC area (The District or Northern Virginia). She provided phenomenal service to us after we described what we were looking for. We initially cast a wide net and used several realtors. However, we never even met the other realtors nor did they ever reach out to meet us and learn our real estate needs. Instead, those realtors used their employees to show us properties. They also just barraged us with e-mails advertising their properties. Renee was the opposite. She repeatedly met with us and personally showed us properties. She answered all our questions, most, on the spot. A few times, she had to research and get back to us shortly afterward with answers. Renee's well connected on the financing side and connected us with a lender that gave us the best mortgage rate around. We looked at several banks and credit unions where we have accounts, but Renee's lender beat all of them. Renee is genuine, honest, professional, knowledgeable and very quick to get back to you. If you want to buy a place in DMV, Renee's your real estate professional!
