Kim is a full-time REALTOR® and has been in the business for over 10 years. She is certified as an Accredited Staging Professional. She is also a Military Relocation Professional and experienced in all aspects of the military move.
Kim is a leader in internet marketing which is of utmost importance to her clients. Since the real estate market is in continual flux, and since no two markets are exactly alike, Kim is also diligent in remaining up to date with the trends and statistics affecting real estate markets in and around Northern Virginia.

Kim earned her Associates Degree in Business from Vincennes University in 1990, then received her Bachelor Degree in Criminology from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. She has worked several years in sales, marketing, advertising and event planning. These skills have made her the experienced REALTOR® she is today.
Kim and her husband Terry met in high school and have been happily married for 29 years. They have two amazing boys that love playing football and lacrosse. Kim and her family have fallen in love with the Northern Virginia area over the years and have finally found a place to call home.
Kim was a military spouse for 28 years. She understands the uncertainty and strain that comes with packing up your family and moving to a new town, state or even country. As a real estate
client who is also a REALTOR®, she has been on both sides of the client/agent relationship; in fact it was her experiences as a client that made her want to become a real estate professional.
In addition to serving her clients, Kim also serves the community. She serves on the board of directors with the local youth sports organization. She has also served in many Military Spouses’ Clubs throughout the years. Kim volunteers as much as possible in the local schools and is always eager to lend a hand when needed.
When it’s time to relax, she enjoys traveling, hiking, camping and boating with family and friends.
