Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and completed coursework in Interior Design, cultivating a passion for real estate from an early age. Before entering the field, she spent over 20 years modeling professionally and collaborating with diverse teams worldwide, in addition to leading multi-million-dollar global technology projects. This blend of strategic leadership and people-centered expertise allows her to anticipate needs, communicate with empathy, and deliver a seamless, personalized experience.
Born in Seoul and raised in the U.S., Julie is fluent in Korean and English, serving a broad and diverse clientele with ease. As a property investor herself, she brings meticulous attention to detail, strong industry knowledge, and a commitment to helping every client make informed, confident decisions.
Outside of real estate, Julie is a devoted mother of two daughters and enjoys traveling, exploring local restaurants, attending concerts, and practicing Pilates.
