Hiwa’s real estate journey began at the age of 11, helping his parents navigate the home-buying process as their translator while they learned English—an experience that sparked a lifelong interest in real estate. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and spent time working in the Middle East, where he developed strong negotiation skills and a global perspective. That early seed ultimately led him to pursue a career in real estate, closing 15 transactions in his first year by age 24.

Originally from the Kurdish region of Iraq, Hiwa later settled in Barcroft, Arlington, Virginia, where he witnessed the evolution of the DC–Maryland–Virginia real estate market firsthand. With over 10 years of experience as a Realtor and real estate investor, he brings deep local knowledge, disciplined negotiation, and a strategic approach, including expertise in off-market opportunities and investment analysis.
Known for his candor, humor, and protective advocacy, Hiwa serves as both strategist and trusted advisor. Whether guiding first-time buyers, homeowners, or investors, he is committed to delivering a seamless, transparent, and stress-free experience.
