Fatima brings heart, drive, and a deep-rooted love for Northern Virginia to everything she does in real estate. She’s called Fairfax County home since 1996 and moved to Loudoun County in 2020, giving her a strong connection to the communities she now serves. With nearly three decades of local insight, she understands how important it is to find not just a house but a true home.

After earning her degree in Psychology from Howard University, Fatima entered the insurance world with a clear goal in mind: to build something meaningful. She worked her way up, never backing down from a challenge, and ultimately purchased the agency she helped grow in 2019. That journey taught her the value of persistence, the power of connection, and the importance of showing up fully for her clients every single time.

Her move to Brambleton in 2020 was a turning point. Surrounded by family, peace, and purpose, she discovered how transformative the right home environment can be. That experience fuels her passion in real estate today. Fatima wants every client to feel that same sense of belonging.

Strong-willed and deeply committed, Fatima pours everything she has into her work. If she sets her mind to something, she won’t stop until it’s done and done right. Her clients feel that dedication from day one. Whether she’s negotiating on their behalf, guiding them through decisions, or simply listening to what matters most, she’s all in.
When she’s not serving clients, Fatima is with her husband and daughter, Mila, who are her biggest inspiration. She also loves to travel and experience the world beyond her own doorstep. As part of the Properties and Estates team at Pearson Smith Realty, Fatima brings warmth, strength, and a relentless drive to help every client find the place they’re proud to call home
