About Cash Rafferty
Cash Rafferty is a Northern Virginia native who was born and raised in Gainesville, VA. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate, Cash spent his childhood watching his parents buy, renovate, and build homes throughout the region. His mother worked as a settlement attorney, giving him an early understanding of contracts, negotiations, and the legal side of real estate.
Cash graduated from Battlefield High School and later earned his degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech. With a strong foundation in communication, branding, and client service, Cash brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to every transaction. He prides himself on building meaningful relationships, understanding his clients’ needs, and guiding them with patience and honesty.
Outside of real estate, Cash stays connected to the community through his family’s business, Sunshine Ridge Farm Winery & Brewery, a well-loved local destination on Lake Manassas. He enjoys exploring Northern Virginia, meeting new people, and contributing to the community he has always called home.
