About Alice Park
Alice was born and raised in Northern Virginia and attended Virginia Tech to obtain degrees in Economics, Psychology, and Philosophy. Being a ‘DMV’ native, Alice has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Alice’s parents were Korean-American immigrants who chased the American dream of building wealth and passed on the dream to Alice herself, who is enthusiastic about helping others achieve the same goal through home ownership.
Alice has a passion for business; she works as a contract specialist for the Federal government, she has operated “paint & sip” businesses as a Paint Nite® licensee, and she also freelances as a musician for special events and venues. You may see her crabbing in the Chesapeake in the summers, visiting schools & hospitals doing therapy dog work with her dog Chestnut, or baking addictive desserts. Alice also loves to travel and try new things. A person with many interests, you are highly likely to find something to bond over with her!
