With over 20 years of experience as both an agent and broker, I specialize in residential and commercial real estate with a strong emphasis on rental properties. Additionally, as a recipient of a full tennis scholarship, I was able to graduate college debt-free, which allowed me to save and build my real estate rental portfolio without any debt burden which in turn allowed me to spend more time with family and friends. In 2002, I developed and sold a small project in downtown Haymarket,, transforming raw land into 11 townhomes. I am currently working on the development of 18 single-family homes in Fauquier County. Throughout my career, I have also flipped 33 homes over a 7-year period and built custom homes with valuations ranging from $2-$3 million.
