About Seng Ngov

As a refugee from Cambodia, home means something more than four walls and a roof for Seng. Seng settled for more than 30 Northern Virginia after immigrating to Seattle. His passion for customer service comes from years as a restaurant owner. Being a full-time real estate agent for eight-plus years allows Seng to help others find the meaning of “home” or maximize profits when selling to grow their dream. In addition to representing home buyers and sellers, Seng specializes in real estate liquidation, especially during the probate process. His experience and knowledge provide families, during difficult times of their transition, with expert guidance, relief, and advice in their best interest. From minor design updates to full clean-out, demos, and renovation, Seng can use his experience and market sensibility to produce results.
